1. Introduction

• Deposits sent from a third-party number will not be accepted and may be returned.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 300.
• Withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes, and no longer than 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment number used for the original deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Bajle may delay withdrawals on suspicious transactions pending investigation.

General Bonus Terms

• A wagering requirement must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• Each bonus offer may only be used once per account.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or claim them through multiple accounts will result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
• Bajle reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any bonus that reaches its expiry date will be automatically cancelled.

6. Gaming Rules & Fairness

All games on bajle use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring every outcome is completely fair and random.

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, bajle may refund the bet.
• If a game is interrupted due to a loss of internet connection, the outcome recorded on the server will be considered final.
• Bajle does not alter game outcomes, and doing so is not technically possible.
• For Sports Betting, official results are considered final.
• If incorrect odds are offered on a bet, bajle reserves the right to void that bet.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

Bajle may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Registering with false information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).

You may also request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.
